The Powell Peralta Re-Issue Construction is a testament to quality, made in collaboration with our partner in Mexico. Utilizing U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets our rigorous specifications, ensuring a deck that is warranted against delamination for its entire lifespan. The shape and graphics are designed in Santa Barbara, CA.

In 1986, jump ramps were popular but resulted in frequent deck breaks. Powell-Peralta sought to address this issue with innovations such as the Bonite construction and the "Gee-Gaw" shape, featuring reinforced bump zones. These decks, known for their durability, were produced between 1987 and 1988.

The Rodriguez "Skull & Sword" graphic, the first pro signature deck produced by Powell-Peralta, was conceptualized by Ray and illustrated by V.C. Johnson with art direction from George Powell in 1979.
