Steve Caballero Chinese Dragon Deck

The Cab Chinese Dragon artwork was introduced in 1986 as a new graphic for Caballero's deck, coinciding with the filming of the Animal Chin video. Inspired by a Chinese takeout box, the design was brought to life by VCJ. Available in both full size and mini on a new "fish" shape, the Cab Chinese Dragon deck was crafted from 7-ply maple or "Bonite" construction. Unfortunately, it was discontinued in 1987.

Featuring a long 4 - 2.5" old school truck hole pattern, the Cab Chinese Dragon deck was originally released in 1986 with artwork by Vernon Courtlandt Johnson. Powell-Peralta re-issue decks strive to replicate the look and feel of the original 1980’s boards, including the Pro graphics, shape, top graphic logo, and concave. These decks are made in the Santa Barbara skateboard factory by some of the same craftsmen who created the originals.

The Cab Chinese Dragon deck boasts a deck width of 10" and a deck length of 30", with a wheelbase of 15", deck nose measuring 3.875", and deck tail measuring 7". The truck hole pattern is a long 4 - 2.5" old school design, while the shape is 150 with a concave SP3. Please note that this listing is for the deck only, griptape is not included.
